The UHD-EXB400-KVM is a KVM extender that can extend USB and HDMI signals up to 394 feet at 4K@60Hz and 492 Feet at 1080P@60Hz. It is HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 compliant, supporting video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, with an 18Gbps video bandwidth, and HDR and Dolby Vision pass-through. The transmitter features a USB-B port to connect the host, while the receiver has 2 USB ports for USB devices. This device features bi-directional IR, Power over Cable (PoC), and USB KVM signal pass-through, providing control convenience and simplifying setup. Compact design and easy installation requiring no additional drivers. Ideal for both personal and commercial use, this extender can be used for home theaters, office setups, remote workstation management, and much more.

You can extend the display devices up to 400 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable.

The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.

If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.

Please note that this product only supports the CEC function between HDMI input & HDMI output 1.

No, optical output doesn't supports CEC due to its limitations. CEC will work only with HDMI devices.

HDBaseT is the technology used for long distance transmission of lossless signals, resulting extremely low latency & giving the best picture quality.

In normal extenders, if you extend your signals up to some extend, the quality of the signals will degrade & you may find some latency issues. HDBaseT is the lastest standard which provides extending your signals to the longer distance without degrading the quality of the signals & with 0 latency.

We recommend you using a shielded CAT6 cables for optimum performance.

Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products.

The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver.
