The UHD5-401MV is a 5K 4x1 HDMI™ Multiview Seamless Switcher built on high-bandwidth video processing technology, designed for professional and consumer AV applications requiring up to four HDMI™ sources to be switched, displayed, or combined on a single HDMI™ display. It supports 18Gbps video bandwidth with 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 resolution, and selectable 5K/ultra-wide input and output resolutions within HDMI™ 2.0b 18Gbps bandwidth, including 5120x1080@60Hz, 5120x1440@60Hz,
5120x2160@30Hz, 5120x2560@30Hz, and 5120x2880@30Hz.

Three operating concepts are supported: single-view seamless switching, single-view HDR/direct pass-through switching, and Multiview display processing. The Video Path function lets the user select between the seamless SDR path and the HDR/direct pass-through path in single-view mode. Ten Multiview display modes are available including Single, PIP, Dual-LR, Dual-TB, Triple-R, Triple-L, Quad-L, Quad-R, Quad-T, and Quad-E.

The switcher supports analog L/R audio or optical S/PDIF audio de-embedding with independent audio source selection in Multiview mode. Comprehensive HDMI™ audio format support includes LPCM, Dolby Digital/Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS, DTS-EX, DTS-96/24, DTS High Res, DTS-HD Master Audio, and DTS:X. Control is available via front panel buttons, IR remote, and API commands, making it ideal for live events, broadcast environments, control rooms, and other professional AV installations requiring flexible multi-source management.
