The OREI XD-1190 is the perfect solution for customers that already own an NTSC HDTV and wish to take it to a PAL/SECAM country like Ghana, Nigeria, India and other PAL supported countries.

TV: Take your NTSC (American) HD TV to an overseas PAL country and connect the local PAL set top boxes with analog RCA output or HDMI output to your TV using the XD-1190. Even tune in over-the-air PAL analogue channels by connecting an Antenna to the XD-1190.
International travel and relocation: Connect your analog or HD video equipment or older gaming systems using the XD-1190 to new HD TVs using HDMI connection.
